Description
The Michigan Open Championship is organized by the Michigan PGA Section and will take place June 9-12, 2025, at Shanty Creek Resort's Cedar River Course in Bellaire, Michigan. The tournament is a 72-hole stroke play event over four days, featuring a starting field of 156 exempt and qualified players. After the second round, the field is cut to the low 70 and ties for the final 36 holes. Qualification occurs through a series of regional qualifiers held at golf courses around Michigan in May and early June, with eligibility and residency rules enforced by the Michigan PGA staff
