Description
The Mediclinic Invitational is a professional golf tournament on the Sunshine Tour held in South Africa. The 2025 event took place from January 16 to 19 at Heron Banks Golf & River Resort, a par-71 links-style course located on a riverfront, which became the new venue in 2025 after moving a few kilometers from its previous location. The tournament features 72 holes of stroke play over four rounds and carries a prize fund of R2,000,000 (South African rand). It attracts top Sunshine Tour professionals competing early in the season for ranking points and prize money.
