Los Angeles City Junior Championship

The Los Angeles City Junior Championship is a major junior golf tournament held annually across multiple municipal courses in Los Angeles. The 2025 event is scheduled for March 22-24, with play taking place at Griffith Park Golf Course on the Wilson Course for the Championship Flight. Other flights (A, B, C) will play at Encino and Balboa courses, while younger age flights (D and E) play at Roosevelt and Los Feliz Par 3 courses respectively. The tournament features 54 holes of stroke play for ages 12-18 in championship and lower flights with cuts after 36 holes, and 18 holes for younger age groups. Entry Process: The championship is open to junior golfers ages 7 to 18 who meet the age requirements for their flight as of the tournament start date. Entry is through mailed registration with a deadline of March 10, 2025. Entry fees vary by flight from $50 to $100. Players must submit the official entry form with payment by check or money order to the City of Los Angeles Golf Division. No online registration is currently indicated.
