The Larry H. Miller Utah Open is one of the longest-running and most prestigious golf tournaments in Utah, with a history dating back to 1926. The tournament, now in its 99th playing, is held annually at Riverside Country Club in Provo, Utah, with the 2025 edition scheduled for August 15-17. It is a 54-hole stroke play event over three days, featuring a competitive field of professional and top amateur golfers from Utah and the Intermountain West region. The tournament offers a purse with a $25,000 first-place prize and also supports local charitable activities like the Special Olympics Utah Short Game Challenge. The Larry H. Miller Company became the title sponsor recently, aligning with their community-focused vision and love for sports. The event has featured golf legends such as Mike Reid, Jay Don Blake, and international icons like Billy Casper and Gary Player.
