Description
The Landfall Tradition is a well-established collegiate women’s golf tournament hosted by the University of North Carolina Wilmington at the Country Club of Landfall in Wilmington, North Carolina. The event is played over three days with 54 holes of stroke play, typically from October 24-26. The course is the Pete Dye Course, a par-72 layout measuring 6,106 yards, known for its rolling fairways along the Intracoastal Waterway. The field features around 18 teams, including many top NCAA Division I programs, with numerous teams ranked in the top 50 nationally. Participating teams qualify primarily by invitation based on national rankings, conference affiliations, and competitive stature.
