KC Cup

The KC Cup is a women's collegiate golf tournament held at the Paradise Pointe Golf Complex in Smithville, Missouri. The 2025 event took place on September 22-23 and was hosted by William Jewell College. The tournament featured a strong field with teams from regional conferences such as the Great Lakes Valley Conference (GLVC) and the Kansas Collegiate Athletic Conference (KCAC). The competition format was stroke play over two rounds, with McKendree University winning the team championship for the third consecutive year, finishing with a total score of +30 over par. Maryville University placed second, just one stroke behind McKendree. The course was described as a championship-caliber layout designed by Don Charles, offering a challenging test with bentgrass greens, zoysia fairways, bermuda rough, and five lakes. Notable individual performers for McKendree included Chiara Bortolotti del Reino, who tied for second place with a +2 score, Alba Camps Pascual finishing fifth, and Waritsara Rungrojanaluk finishing sixth.
