The Kapi Tareha Stroke Play, also known as the Kapi Tareha Memorial, is a prestigious amateur golf tournament held each February at Napier Golf Club in New Zealand. The tournament is a 54-hole stroke play event, played across three days with separate men's and women's divisions and recognized as a New Zealand Order of Merit event. Fields usually comprise 80–120 players, drawn from leading regional and national amateurs as well as select international invitees, with entry based on handicap (limit 15.9 for men, 14.9 for women) and nominations managed by New Zealand Golf and Napier Golf Club staff. The competition serves as one of the country's signature early-season amateur events, providing ranking points and opportunities for national amateur advancement.
