Italian National Ladies Match Play Championship - Giuseppe Silva Trophy

The Italian National Ladies Match Play Championship (Giuseppe Silva Trophy) is Italy’s most prestigious women’s match play amateur event, organized annually by the Italian Golf Federation (Federazione Italiana Golf). Held in early March at rotation among Italy’s top courses, the tournament features an initial stroke play qualifier round to determine seeding, followed by several days of knockout match play. The field is usually made up of 32–40 top Italian and invited international women amateurs, with entry based on national and international ranking, performance in regional qualifiers, and federation nomination.
