The Iowa Mid-Amateur Championship is a competitive annual stroke play event showcasing Iowa’s top mid-amateur golfers. The 40th edition in 2025 was contested over three challenging rounds at Whispering Creek Golf Club with tough weather conditions playing a big role. Nate McCoy emerged as the champion by a single stroke in a compelling final round, demonstrating resilience over brutal playing conditions.
