The Heart Men's Golf Conference Championship took place April 14–15, 2025, at Nicklaus Golf Club at LionsGate in Overland Park, Kansas. The event was hosted by the Heart of America Athletic Conference (HAAC) and featured a field of NAIA men's golf teams competing over 36 holes of stroke play. The tournament serves as the conference championship where teams and individuals compete for the conference title and the opportunity to advance to NAIA regional and national championships.
