Description
The Grand Prix des Landes is a prestigious amateur golf tournament held annually at Golf Club d'Hossegor in Hossegor, France. Organized by the French Golf Federation, the event is played over four rounds of stroke play with a full competitive field of top French and international amateurs competing. The tournament is usually held in mid-July and serves as a key event in the French amateur golf calendar. Players qualify through national and regional ranking systems or by invitation. The historic course, designed by Arnaud Massy and John Morrison, offers a challenging links-like layout set among pine forests near the Atlantic coast.
