Description

The German International Amateur Championship, often referred to as the German Boys & Girls Open, is Germany’s leading international junior amateur tournament, organized by the German Golf Association (Deutscher Golf Verband). Played annually, the event consists of 54 holes of stroke play over three days with no cut, and is open to both boys and girls under the age of 18, with the field typically comprising up to 100 boys and 100 girls from Germany and abroad. Entry is based on handicap, performance in national and international junior events, and nominations from golf federations and associations, making it one of Europe’s showcase events for emerging young talent.
