European Mid-Amateur Championship

The European Mid-Amateur Championship is the leading amateur golf tournament in Europe for male players aged 25 and over, organized annually by the European Golf Association (EGA). The championship features 90 of Europe’s top mid-amateur competitors, who play three rounds of stroke play over three days, with a cut after round two that leaves the top 54 scores for the final round. Qualification is based on age, national and international mid-amateur rankings, and federation nomination, making the event a highlight of the European amateur calendar for elite players in the mid-am category.
