The ECC Ladies Golf Tournament is a professional women's golf event on the Japan Ladies Professional Golfers' Association (JLPGA) Step Up Tour. The 2025 edition was held from October 15 to October 17 at Kitakinki Country Club in Kobe, Japan. The tournament format is stroke play over three rounds, featuring emerging female professional golfers aiming to advance to the main JLPGA Tour.
