Dustin Johnson World Junior

The Dustin Johnson World Junior Golf Championship is an elite international junior event contested annually at TPC Myrtle Beach in Murrells Inlet, South Carolina. The tournament is a 54-hole stroke play event (three rounds) for boys and girls ages 13-18, featuring a field of 90 top juniors from around the world. Players qualify via invitation, application or stringent regional/online qualifiers, must hold amateur status and meet handicap/index criteria, and compete for global junior-ranked prestige and exposure to collegiate golf programs. As noted by the organizers, the event “provides participants a pro-like experience, and the chance to test themselves against premier players from across the globe.”
