The DAIO KAIUN LADIES OPEN is a professional women's golf tournament on the Japan Ladies Professional Golfers' Association (JLPGA) Step Up Tour. The 2025 edition was held from April 24 to April 26 at Elleair Golf Club in Matsuyama, Japan. The tournament format is stroke play over three rounds.
