Description

The Czech International Amateur Championship is organized by the Czech Golf Federation and recognized as the country’s premier amateur event, attracting top Czech and international players. The 2025 championship will be held July 30 to August 2 at Royal Golf Club Mariánské Lázně, the oldest golf course in the country. The tournament is played in a traditional four-round (72-hole) stroke play format, with a cut after two rounds. Field size is usually around 100–120 competitors; eligibility requires amateur status and a handicap of 2.5 or lower for men and 3.0 for women. Entry is based on online registration, with selection by order of entry and handicap; international participation is encouraged, making the event highly competitive and a gateway to broader European success
