The C.T. Pan Foundation Junior Championship is a 54-hole stroke play AJGA tournament held at The Bridges Golf Club in Gunter, Texas. The event features a field of 78 boys and girls aged 12 to 19 and does not have a cut after two rounds. The course plays approximately 7,180 yards for boys with a par of 72 and about 6,062 yards for girls, also par 72. Entry into the tournament requires boys to meet Performance Star criteria, with exemptions such as the top 3 players being fully exempt, the top 10 requiring 12 AJGA Performance Stars, the top 15 needing 8 stars, and the top 25 requiring 4 stars. Girls have similar star-based entry requirements. There is also an 18-hole qualifier event held before the tournament, offering spots to 6 boys and 3 girls. Players must confirm their participation through the AJGA Player Center. The tournament attracts a competitive field from multiple states and countries, including many college-committed players and AJGA champions. The practice facilities close each night at 6:30 p.m. Players also use the Golf Genius app for scoring.
