The 2025 Chicken Express Classic golf tournament was held from October 12-14 at Plainview Country Club in Plainview, Texas. The event featured a strong field of collegiate teams competing in a 54-hole stroke play format. Wayland Baptist University tied for 1st place as a team after starting the final round 7 strokes back, showcasing outstanding performance on Par 5s and making six Eagles during the tournament. The individual champion was Junior Sacha Brendle from Wayland Baptist, who finished with a score of 197 (-19), including an eagle, 19 birdies, and 29 pars across three rounds. Other top finishers included sophomore Etienne Bocquillon in 2nd place and sophomore Nino Mahy in 3rd place.
