Canadian Women's Amateur Championship, presented by BDO

Canadian Women's Amateur Championship, presented by BDO, is organized by Golf Canada and held annually at top venues across Canada. The format is 72-hole stroke play (four rounds), with a cut to the low 70 and ties after 36 holes; the field size is up to 156 competitors selected via national/international ranking, elite status, or provincial nomination. Inter-Provincial Team Competition runs concurrently over the first two rounds, counting the best two of three scores daily toward team totals. Entry is limited to female amateurs with a handicap index of 10.0 or lower, and registration must be completed before the final deadline. The champion receives exemptions to the U.S. Women’s Amateur, CPKC Women’s Open, and the next year’s Canadian Women’s Amateur.
