Canada Summer Games

The Canada Summer Games golf competition is organized by the Canada Games Council in cooperation with provincial and territorial sport organizations. The event features both individual and team stroke play competitions, usually contested over three rounds. Each participating province or territory selects a team typically consisting of two boys and two girls who qualify through provincial championships and performance criteria set by their local golf associations. The tournaments follow the standard stroke play format where the lowest total score over the rounds wins the individual title, and team scoring combines individual results.
