BUCS OOM Finals

The BUCS OOM (Macpherson Order of Merit) Finals are the culminating events of the BUCS Golf Tour, named in honor of Rob Macpherson, the former Golf Manager at British Universities & Colleges Sport (BUCS). The Order of Merit ranks players based on points earned from their best four results out of seven qualifying BUCS tour events plus their result from the Golf Tour Finals. The Macpherson Order of Merit recognizes the top individual golfers in university sport across the UK. The BUCS Golf Tour Finals serve as the final qualifying event, with points from all qualifying events and the finals combined to determine the Order of Merit champions—the golfers with the highest gross points accumulated over the season. These top golfers are honored as the BUCS Individual Champions and may receive invitations to further prestigious amateur and university competitions.
