The British Columbia Amateur and Mid-Amateur Championships are organized by British Columbia Golf, the provincial governing body recognized by Golf Canada. The British Columbia Amateur Championship is a 54-hole stroke play event attracting elite male and female amateur golfers from across the province. Players compete over three rounds, testing their skills on challenging courses within British Columbia. The Mid-Amateur Championship is designed for amateur golfers aged 25 and over and includes a Mid-Master division for players aged 40 and over with a Handicap Index of 5.0 or less. This championship also features stroke play over 72 holes for men and usually 54 holes for women, held at prominent golf clubs within the province. The 2025 Men’s Mid-Amateur Championship is scheduled for August 19-22 at Seymour Golf & Country Club in North Vancouver, BC. The BC Women’s Amateur, Mid-Amateur, and Mid-Master Championships are typically held at Victoria Golf Club, with the 2025 event planned for June. Contact Information:
