Big South Women's Championship

The Big South Women's Golf Championship is an annual collegiate golf tournament organized by the Big South Conference. The 2025 championship was held April 13-16 at Ocean Creek Golf Course, part of the Fripp Island Golf & Beach Resort in South Carolina. The tournament combines stroke play and match play formats. It begins with 54 holes of stroke play (three rounds) from April 13-15, featuring all nine conference teams competing, each typically fielding five players with the top four scores counting per round. The top four teams after stroke play advance to the Match Play semifinals and finals on April 16 to determine the conference champion. The winner earns an automatic berth to the NCAA regional. The tournament is a highlight for all nine Big South women's golf programs: Charleston Southern, Gardner-Webb, High Point, Longwood, Presbyterian, Radford, UNC Asheville, USC Upstate, and Winthrop
