Battle at Winter Creek

The Battle at Winter Creek is a collegiate stroke play golf tournament organized by US Collegiate Golf, held at Winter Creek Golf & Country Club in Oklahoma. The event is typically conducted over three rounds (54 holes) across two days, challenging players with a difficult layout and often windy conditions. Usually, around 9 to 15 teams participate with each team fielding five players and the top four scores counting each round toward the team total. The tournament attracts collegiate programs from the Sooner Athletic Conference and surrounding regions. Teams and individuals qualify mainly by invitation based on season performance and regional standings. The Battle at Winter Creek provides a competitive environment early in the college golf season.
