Description

The Army Invitational is an annual amateur golf tournament played at Leilehua Golf Course in Oahu, Hawaii. The format is 54 holes of stroke play across three rounds. In 2025, the event was held August 7-9. It typically features multiple flights (Championship, Mid-Amateur, Senior) and includes a cut after 36 holes with approximately half the field advancing to the final round. To qualify, entrants must be male amateurs with a GHIN Handicap Index (e.g., 13.5 or lower for the Championship Flight) and must register by the deadline; there are also age-based restrictions such as minimum age 13, Mid-Am flight age 25+, Senior flight age 55+.
