Apogee Investment Management Championship

The Apogee Investment Management Championship, commonly known as the AIM Championship, is a long-standing amateur golf event operated by the Central New York PGA (CNY PGA). The championship is typically contested over 54 holes of stroke play across three days, with a cut after 36 holes to the low 30 and ties for the final round. The field usually features about 100–120 top amateurs from Central New York and upstate regions who qualify via sectional qualifiers and/or exemptions from previous AIM Championship performances or other major event wins. Entry is limited to male amateurs who maintain an active USGA Handicap Index and meet CNY PGA eligibility requirements. The tournament is held at rotating top venues in the region.
