APGC Junior Championship

The APGC Junior Championship is organized by the Asia-Pacific Golf Confederation and rotates its venue among member nations in the Asia-Pacific region, with recent editions hosted in Hong Kong and Manila. Eligible are boys and girls age 17 or younger as of August 30th that year, with each APGC member association invited to send up to two teams (one male, one female; host nations may send three teams). The 54-hole championship combines team and individual formats, with aggregate scores determining the team champions and individual winners earning exemptions to regional professional events. The field features nearly 60 players from over 17 countries, selected primarily by national golf federations based on competitive merit and invitation. This event is a recognized stepping stone for future stars from the Asia-Pacific region.
