American Athletic Conference Championship

The 2024 American Athletic Conference (AAC) Men's Golf Championship was held from April 19 to April 21 at Pelican Golf Club in Belleair, Florida. Pelican Golf Club is a par-72 course measuring approximately 7,414 yards, known for its challenging layout and scenic coastal setting. The tournament format was a 54-hole stroke play event over three days. The event featured all 11 AAC schools competing for the conference championship and an automatic bid to the NCAA Golf Championships. The field included teams such as South Florida, East Carolina, Florida Atlantic, Charlotte, Memphis, UAB, North Texas, UTSA, Rice, Wichita State, and South Florida, who won the team title. Jake Peacock won the individual championship with a final round 6-under 64. The event is a key highlight on the AAC men's golf calendar, showcasing top collegiate golf talent and serving as an important pathway to NCAA postseason play. The Pelican Golf Club hosted the tournament for at least the second consecutive year, offering players a high-profile, competitive venue.
