All American - Individual

The All-American Individual is a collegiate golf tournament held annually at the Golf Club of Houston in Humble, Texas. It is hosted by the University of Houston, whose men's golf team is a member of the American Athletic Conference (AAC). The event features top college golf individuals competing over a two-day, 54-hole stroke play format. Typically, the tournament runs alongside the All-American Intercollegiate team event but focuses on individual players who compete on the club’s 7,508-yard, par-72 Member Course. Around 15 teams participate in the related team event, with many AAC programs and other strong programs from conferences such as Conference USA and the Sun Belt represented. Notable participants in recent years have included players from Houston, Rice, Lamar, Penn, Sam Houston, TCU, Texas State, and more. The tournament is recognized for its competitive field, high-quality course layout designed for tournament play, and media coverage that includes live scoring updates. It serves as an important early-season test for individual collegiate golfers and helps highlight emerging talent on the national stage.
