AJGA Junior at Copper Valley (Girls)

The AJGA Junior at Copper Valley will be held March 13-16, 2025, at The Golf Club at Copper Valley in Copperopolis, California. This is an open classification tournament for boys and girls ages 12-19, with a field size limited to 78 players. The format is 54 holes of stroke play. Copper Valley is a scenic course with a rating/slope of 73.1/138 for boys (6780 yards) and 75.1/134 for girls (6019 yards). The course features views of the Sierras and Yosemite wildlife. Recent champions include Anita Lumpongpoung, Katherine Gerbing, Kacey Ly, and Hartej Grewal. Acceptance into the tournament requires AJGA Performance Stars, with boys needing at least 12 stars and girls at least 8 stars. Qualifying spots are also available. The tournament application deadline is February 4, 2025, with payment due by February 9.
